Returning and exchange policy:

The returning policy of street Customs is fast and easy to use, the customer is require to email us regarding return/exchange within 3 days after the delivery. Our customer care executive will contact you within next 24 hours either via mail or call.

Don’t accept damaged package: In case, the packaging is damaged when you receive the product by courier, you are requested to either refuse to accept the order or if already taken the product then contact the shipping company because the ‘Street Customs’ is not responsible in these cases.

Defected or Damaged Product: Only if the packaging is perfect but the product inside comes to be defected or damage, in this case your problem will be considered by the company. The customer is suggested to always make video while unpacking the product, only then any kind of product defect related to the product will be consider.

Size Change: If the customer want to change the size of product, He /she needs to mail us regarding change in size within 24 hours after receiving the product. Our Customer care executive will get in touch with you.

Exchange Policy: Only Exchange is available for prepaid orders. If customer faces any size issue or manufacturing defect in product with Cash on delivery(COD) orders then the product can only be exchanged to any other size or any other fresh piece of same design. If the label of the product is damaged or torn then the product will not be exchanged or returned.

Return/Refund Policy: No return/refund policy on cash on delivery(COD), only exchange is available on COD orders.
Refund is only possible on pre-paid orders.

Important: In case you report the return after 4 days, no such return will be provided as per our returning policy.
* For defective product customer has to provide unpacking video as a proof for the same or the exchange/return will not be provided.*
* If the returned product is not intact or not in good condition or it is damaged then no return or exchange or refund will be done.*

Product exclusivity:

As we do not provide product of any other seller except us, so all the product in the website are 100% genuine and all the quality standards are take care of  . The product description is written according to the specification of each and every product, so the buyer is advised to see all the details before buying the product . The image is taken from a professional camera due to which original product may sometimes differ, so the company is not responsible for any issue related to that.

Payment policy:

We provide both cash on delivery and online payment, we accept some types of debit and credit cards that you can check at the time of payment. But the shipping charges depend on the product you ordered.
